Would you like to use Scout Center De Eendenkooi? Renting and reserving accommodations is easy. During your reservation, you can also book additional options like our gas BBQ or even a serious-sized set-up pool.
Scout Center De Eendenkooi has a fixed base price that applies to everyone. Given our origins and our social goals, we make an exception for organizations in Youth Work, Sports & Education and for Scout groups. These receive a pleasant discount on De Eendenkooi rentals. After correctly entering your organization name, during the booking process you will already see the correct price for accommodation rental for your organization in the booking form.
When you have finished your booking, Scout Center De Eendenkooi is already temporarily reserved for you. Once your booking has been seen and approved by the administrator you will immediately receive your booking confirmation. In it you will find a payment link and all other administrative matters of interest. When you rent De Eendenkooi, you also pay a deposit prior. These will be returned to you after you leave and after a joint check with the manager. Provided no damage or defects were found after your stay. To pay the deposit you will find an ideal link in our confirmation. It doesn’t get any easier!
If the calendar / scheduler does not show your desired date then the center is no longer available during that period. Booking a longer period is also possible through the reservation system. If you are having trouble or have other requests, you can always contact us via the contact form

Scout Center De Eendenkooi offers a number of excellent breakout rooms in addition to the main hall, where you can hold meetings in a variety of room arrangements. For example, there is plenty of room to break up into subgroups in the upstairs room, outdoor bar or outdoor seating areas. Thereby, you have a large city park at your disposal where you can walk around with a group or just be on your own for a while. When you rent our venue for your organization you will have the grounds and all the rooms all to yourself exclusively. And of course, various multimedia options are present in the main rooms.

Arrival
We work with a team of administrators who will personally show you around and in the scout center. To load and unload, you can park briefly in front of the site access bridge. You will receive one key upon arrival to enter all buildings. The manager will go through the info folder with all the information and all the tenant instructions with you.
Departure
Before you leave, we ask you to review and implement all the points in the information folder. In addition, we ask that you place any rented bed linens a laundry bag in the hallway of the sleeping quarters and take your trash to the trash containers by the bridge. The manager will walk through the building with you and, upon his approval, wave you off. Have a good trip home!
